5 YEARS WARRANTY

FRENCH CABINETRY guarantees its products according to the terms provided in this certificate.

WARRANTY

This warranty lasts 5 years from the date of invoice (to be certified with suitable documentation). All the elements of the purchased kitchen are guaranteed, with the exception of those manufactured by third parties, such as appliances, worktops and accessories, on which the manufacturer’s warranty directly affects (which can be less than 5 years, but not less than at 2 years).

GUARANTEED PERFORMANCE

FRENCH CABINETRY undertakes to replace or, at its sole discretion, repair, at no cost to the user and within the reasonably necessary time – through its distribution network – the Guaranteed parts that present during the Warranty Period operating defects, breakages or substantial modifications of form or substance, provided that they are exclusively attributable to incorrect design or manufacture *. The warranty does not cover conformity defects of any other type or defects attributable to other causes, such as, but not limited to:

– incorrect installation.

– incorrect use, storage, or maintenance.

– normal wear or variations.

– modifications not authorized by FRENCH CABINETRY.

– extraordinary external factors (building ruin, flooding, fire, …) of the parts themselves or other components of the kitchen.

The replaced parts may inevitably have chromatic differences compared to the original ones. FRENCH CABINETRY undertakes to ensure that such differences are as small as possible. The activation of this warranty in any case exempts FRENCH CABINETRY from any further liability for damage or any other type and does not entitle the user to remedies other than those indicated above. Any replacement of Guaranteed parts will take place with ex works delivery terms, the transport costs will therefore be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed with the sales office.

METHOD OF ACTIVATION

To activate this warranty, the interested party is required to make a written request to the sales point where the kitchen was purchased, providing proof of purchase, and specifying in detail the defects complained of. The interested party will then allow access for any verification to the technical staff sent by the retailer or directly by FRENCH CABINETRY.

DIVERGENCES

It is FRENCH CABINETRY’s desire to satisfy its customers as much as possible and promptly provide the warranty referred to in this certificate provided that all the conditions are met. In the event of disputes about the right related to this warranty, FRENCH CABINETRY is available from now on to discuss it with the retailer and / or the interested party in conciliation. In case it will not be possible to find an agreement, in the event of any dispute, U.S. law will be applied and the competent court will be the Northern District of California Court.

* Please note that any differences in shades of colors and woods due to the natural variability of the raw materials, or due to deliveries made at different times, or due to natural characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects, and therefore are not covered by warranty of the product.
